Jason Hutchings – CADAC, ICADC

Executive Director

Jason has been in the field treating alcohol and drug dependency since 1998. In that time he has shown a strong ability to connect with his clients in many facets of counseling. He has a background working in IOP clinics, Residential treatment centers, long term and short term facilities. His years in this process have given him expertise in the following areas.

  • Crisis & Addiction Intervention

  • Treatment Placements

Having been in recovery for many years himself, he uses this experience to help others recover from the effects of substances. Jason understands the importance of what it takes to build a strong foundation for recovery, and healthy living.


Clinical Director

Scott has been a Licensed Counselor since 2001 and has been in the counseling field since 1997. Scott has over 15 years of experience working with addicts and their families. Scott was the Clinical director at The River Source Inpatient facility in the Phoenix area, a center director for a program in Tucson, AZ, an interventionist, and community marketer. He has also been counseling in the field of addiction since 1997. Scott is able to relate with, and help someone feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable setting. Scott uses a Person Centered Approach to counseling which allows him to meet an individual where they are at in that specific moment, as well as empowering them to make the positive changes in their life. Through his years of counseling, Scott has learned what is effective and what is not, when it comes to counseling approaches.

My purpose in the company is to help as many people get the freedom that comes from a life of recovery. I take a lot of pride in the ability to provide a safe and comfortable setting for anyone who walks through the doors.

The Phoenix area has been home to Scott since 1997. He is heavily involved in many recreational activities such as hiking, playing sports, golfing, camping and enjoying quality time with friends and family. He is excited to be helping individuals and their families walk through this journey of recovery.

Jeff Wondoloski – CADAC, ICADC


Jeff began his career in counseling in 1999 in St Louis Missouri. It was there that he developed his skills as an effective substance abuse counselor. He worked with young adults and their families in an IOP setting. In 2006 he came back to Phoenix and tested the waters in other professions. Jeff didn’t last long in these other professions due to feeling like he was missing out on something. He was, the love of helping others. He got back into the field in 2012 working in a residential treatment center (Valley Hope). There he able to reconnect with his passion and love for helping individuals work through their substance use disorders. Jeff has an amazing ability to connect with people and empower them to begin to make healthy decisions in their life.

Ashley Hutchings, BS

Chief Administrative Officer

Ashley has been in the field of treating alcohol and drug dependency since 2011 where she began her journey counseling at a residential facility in Chandler. She currently holds an Associates of Arts from Chandler-Gilbert Community College, an Associate of Applied Science in Addiction Counseling from Colby Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University, she will also be receiving her Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2018.

Ashley became a counselor in this field because of her desire and passion to help others. She is a very warm, kind, compassionate, and empathetic person that only wants the best for her patients. She holds patient care to the highest standard and prides herself in meeting patients where they are.

Ashley has experience in group counseling, facilitating psychoeducational groups, individual counseling, and family counseling.

Ashley was raised here in Chandler. She loves spending time with her children and husband and has a passion to help in the community.
