Scott Payne

LISAC

Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer

Scott has been a Licensed Counselor since 2001 and has over 25 years of experience working with addicts and their families. He was the Clinical director at The River Source inpatient facility in the Phoenix area, a Center Director in Tucson, AZ, an interventionist, and a community marketer.

Scott is able to relate with you and help you feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable setting.

Scott uses a Person-Centered Approach to counseling, which allows him to meet an individual where they are at in that specific moment, as well as empowering them to make the positive changes in their life. Through his years of counseling, Scott has learned what is effective—and what is not—when it comes to recovery approaches.

Scott’s purpose in the company is to help as many people as possible get the freedom that comes from a life of recovery. He takes pride in his ability to provide a safe and comfortable setting for anyone who walks through the doors.

The Phoenix area has been home to Scott since 1997.
